Responsabilités

• Assist with activities, queries and requests from line manager.
• Support other work groups as needed.
• Assist reception and phone cover as required.
• Maintain records for owner reports and assist with preparation of owner reports.
• Update yacht calendar with visits and events.
• Record keeping for managed yachts: visits, meetings, etc.
• Assist with insurance renewals and budget preparation.
• Process applications for official documents and certificates.
