Hill Robinson Group is seeking a proactive Yacht Management leader to oversee the Yacht Management Team in delivering premier services to our client base across Europe. You will support the General Manager in executing our Europe Yacht Management strategy and in growing the business.

You will motivate, develop and supervise the team, ensure adherence to workflows, manage budgets, procurement and monthly finance reporting, and drive client service excellence while maintaining contract parameters.
