Responsibilities

• Managing formalities in compliance with maritime regulations.
• Providing full assistance to clients throughout their stay in port.
• Handling customer care by organizing all requested services, such as provisioning, bunkering, transfers and bookings.
• Offering concierge services, including the organization of exclusive tours and events in the South of France.
• Collaborating with local service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources for Yacht Operations.
• Preparing the required documentation to enable the accounting department to issue invoices for the services provided.
