Hill Robinson is seeking a Yacht Manager to lead our Yacht Operations Department. You will act as the central point of contact for captains, crew, and owner representatives, ensuring clear communication and efficient operation across budgets, schedules, and service contracts.

Key duties include coordinating with the yacht finance team on monthly budgets, preparing owner reports, and overseeing insurance, compliance, and crew employment processes.

Responsabilités

• Act as principal point of contact for captains and owner representatives.
• Monitor yacht position, schedule, budgets and owner planning; coordinate with Yacht Finance.
• Visit yachts in person; prepare executive summaries and monthly/quarterly owner reports.
• Coordinate and review insurance, VSAT and other service contracts; manage T&Cs.
• Oversee crew recruitment, payroll, appraisals, and contract terms with employer input.
• Organise regular Client Service Team and owner meetings; distribute minutes and action points.
• Ensure timely renewal of yacht and crew insurances; compare premiums and cover.
• Support emergencies including incident reporting and insurance claim coordination.
