Cellular World is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager at the Princeton Store to support the Retail Sales Manager and drive store profitability. You will lead a sales team, ensure top-notch customer service, and oversee daily operations including merchandising and inventory controls.

The role emphasizes coaching, achieving sales targets, and training staff to deliver exceptional experiences while promoting brand standards and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in retail or customer service management is required.

Responsabilités

• Support Retail Sales Manager and drive sales with the team.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist associates with closing sales.
• Maintain customer satisfaction using established service drivers and promotions.
• Ensure proper store opening/closing procedures and inventory counts.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to staff; train team on promotions and goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and brand compliance per requirements.
