Job summary

Under Armour in Roubaix is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead sales strategy and team performance on the shop floor. You will recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team while ensuring brand standards, excellent customer service, and smooth daily store operations.

The role requires strong communication, 1 year of retail experience, and the ability to work full-time including evenings and weekends. A focus on loss prevention and omni-channel support will be essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and store objectives.
• Recruit, hire, and coach a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to inform decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling for productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Monitor loss prevention and audit compliance.
• Lead ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations.
• Support omni-channel efforts through promo campaigns and contests.
• Deliver a compelling vision aligned with UA core competencies.
• Engage and reward teammates for performance; address issues promptly.
• Communicate priority issues to the Store Manager and assist with solutions.
• Partner with Store Manager on policy reinforcement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
