Prada in France seeks a Team Manager to lead, train, and coach the store team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience while embodying Prada's Brand Ambassador values. You will manage performance, conduct development plans with Retail Trainers, train on Client Journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge to meet business goals.

Collaborate with Store Manager on recruitment, optimize sales floor, expand the client base, and ensure a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving KPI targets.
• Experience with clienteling, storytelling, and product training is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and coach the store team to exceed KPI targets and deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop talents.
• Drive client-centric selling, manage CRM initiatives, and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Ensure product knowledge and client journey standards are applied across the team.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with Prada guidelines.
