Job summary

Coach Velizy-Villacoublay seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, service and team development on the floor. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold Coach service standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service environments; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems; knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales & strategy by supporting forecasts, planning and category initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold Coach’s service standards on the floor.
• Lead, onboard and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Support omni-channel & digital engagement including clienteling and social media trends.
• Oversee compliance with policies, scheduling, HR processes, loss prevention and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with leadership to interpret market trends and share insights with district and corporate teams.
