Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or service industries is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: support Store Manager in forecasting, planning, and category initiatives.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: foster inclusive, high-energy environment; uphold Coach service standards.
• Lead & Develop Talent: recruit, onboard, coach team; build strong talent pipeline.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data capture.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, HR, loss prevention, visuals.
• Collaborate & Communicate: share market insights with district and corporate teams.
