Qualifications

• Proven client-centric sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence store sales by executing leadership-driven initiatives.
• Drive and exceed sales goals while optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers to create a friendly, easy shopping environment.
• Build ongoing client relationships daily.
• Analyze reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure front-of-house coverage and execute selling initiatives.
• Stay informed on store goals, launches, and initiatives for guest-facing education.
• Introduce all facets of ALO (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal testimony.
