ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience in Courchevel. This full-time role focuses on guest education, engagement, and building a service-driven sales floor that differentiates the brand.

The position requires leading a team of Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, recruiting and developing talent, and using performance data to drive store-level results. Flexibility for opening/closing and weekend shifts is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through guest connection and product education; coach the team.

• Ensure sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading selling initiatives.
