Job summary

ALO in France is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor, combining mindful product education with coaching to create a service-led environment that sets ALO apart from other retailers.

The role partners with Operations, Visual, and leadership to manage scheduling, budgets, inventory, and performance metrics while recruiting and developing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.
