Pennylane SAS in France is seeking an SEO & AI Content Specialist to partner with the SEO Manager and Growth team to produce, improve and scale high-quality content that drives non-branded organic traffic and conversions.

You will design AI-powered workflows, optimize articles, pillar pages and landing pages, translate search intent into clear content, and experiment with formats to stay ahead in AI discovery while keeping human readability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO experience with publishable content.
• Strong French writing/editing skills and proficient English.
• Data-informed approach with comfort using AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Build AI-powered content workflows with briefs, templates and guidelines.
• Write, update and optimize SEO content to drive non-branded traffic.
• Turn search intent into clear, structured content for audiences.
• Run optimization initiatives: refreshes, internal linking and on-page changes.
