Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Growth Ops or automation in B2B SaaS.
• Strong proficiency with n8n and multi-tool workflows.
• Ability to translate business challenges into tech solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM data, scraping, enrichment, and scoring.
• Proven track record of automation projects.
• Practical experience using AI tools and supporting adoption.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Autonomy, curiosity, and an ownership mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in English

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain scalable automation workflows.
• Turn data into growth by improving prospect database quality and usability.
• Drive AI adoption with identifiable use cases and reusable workflows.
• Connect and optimize our tech stack: CRM, data warehouse, and analytics tools.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and own projects end-to-end.
• Ensure GDPR, CNIL, security, and data governance compliance.
