Pennylane, a leading fintech, seeks a Growth Operations & Automation Specialist in Paris on a hybrid basis. You will design scalable automation workflows, automate prospect enrichment and scoring, and connect our data stack with Salesforce to empower Sales.

You will drive AI adoption, build tools for Marketing and Sales, and optimize the acquisition funnel while collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or automation, ideally in B2B SaaS or a scale-up.
• Strong proficiency with n8n and multi-tool workflows.
• Ability to translate business challenges into tech solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, prospect data, scraping, enrichment, and scoring.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain scalable automation workflows using n8n.
• Automate prospect scraping, enrichment, scoring, and activation.
• Identify CRM bottlenecks and replace manual processes with scalable solutions.
• Connect data warehouse with Salesforce to generate opportunities and provide insights to Sales.
• Improve prospect database quality and usability; build tools for marketing/sales.
