Sidetrade seeks a VP, Marketing Operations and Agentic AI Systems to own the martech stack and the strategy, architecture, and execution of the agentic layer for Sidetrade marketing. You will define what production-ready AI agents mean, build and lead the team delivering them, and hold accountability for measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with senior leadership in technology/operations.
• Proven track record shipping production AI-driven workflows that drive revenue.
• Fluent with Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot and Salesforce at scale.

Responsabilités

• Define multi-year AI-powered marketing ops roadmap aligned to revenue targets and executive approval.
• Set production-grade standards for AI agents: evaluation suites, guardrails, observability.
• Advise CMO/CEO on AI capabilities and their commercial impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Lead delivery of production agents for lead scoring, enrichment, MQL handoff, prospection, and revenue attribution.
• Replace at least five manual marketing workflows with production agents within 18 months, with time savings and quality parity.
