Job summary

Motorola Solutions France SAS is seeking an experienced Territory Development Manager for Video Security & Access Control to lead channel partner sales in the South of France.

You will drive new customer acquisition, collaborate with partners and internal teams, and execute strategic initiatives to meet revenue goals across regional markets, while traveling 50-75% and maintaining strong technical articulation of our solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in video security solutions sales with channel partners.
• 3+ years of customer‑facing experience in transactional sales.
• Proven growth mindset with hunter sales approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new customers for Video & Access Control products in the territory.
• Drive business growth and partner loyalty with channel collaborators.
• Execute strategic initiatives to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Educate Channel Partners on solutions and sales/story, track activity.
• Assist partners with orders/returns via distribution network.
• Support territory leaders in sales objective setting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Executives, BDMs, Inside Sales, and Sales Eng.
