Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS in guiding the hospital team. The role emphasizes delivering excellent client and pet experiences and maintaining high standards of care.

You will supervise, coordinate schedules, ensure policy adherence, and perform client education on wellness plans and services, while ensuring productive operations and strong communication with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of veterinary hospital experience required.
• 18 years of age or older required.
• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent education.

Responsabilités

• The Shift Lead provides exceptional client and pet experiences and supports the Practice Manager in guiding the team to maximize hospital productivity.
• Performs duties of Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and dress guidelines, and supervises staff to ensure quality medical care and client service.
