Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations and drive business results, partnering with the chief of staff to deliver high-quality veterinary care. You’ll develop associates, foster an engaging team, and ensure a positive client/patient experience across the hospital.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least three years in healthcare or veterinary settings with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Educating associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
