Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff in guiding the team to maximize hospital productivity and profitability. The Shift Lead will also perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed, ensuring high-quality care for pets and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while assisting the Practice Manager and COS.
• Perform duties of Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.
• Supervise the team to maximize productivity and ensure quality medical care and client service.
• Assist in scheduling associates and CE planning while ensuring adherence to policies.
