Banfield Animal Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client flow and pet care through a busy hospital. You will maximize the veterinary team’s productivity while maintaining welcoming, professional service and educating clients on wellness plans.

The role emphasizes leadership, clear communication, and exceptional client service to encourage return visits and referrals, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Responsabilités

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets for high-quality care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient, exceptional service; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and records in the system.
• Dispense prescription items per veterinarian’s instructions and schedule appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
