You will process titles from dealerships, banks and credit unions, respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person, troubleshoot issues like odometer discrepancies, and maintain confidentiality while supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in titles, automotive industry, or related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office or GSuite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Titles/automotive experience preferred.
• Technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles according to state DMV guidelines accurately and timely.
• Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships, banks and credit unions.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, via email, fax or phone professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as odometer discrepancies or power of attorney.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle difficult customers calmly.
• Ensure all calls and inquiries are answered by end of day.
• Assist other departments as needed.
