• Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process warranty claims from dealers.
• Verify administrative and technical compliance with warranty policy.
• Check accuracy of repair operations, parts references and labor times.
• Track claims from submission to approval or rejection.
• Identify incomplete or irregular claims and coordinate actions.
• Maintain records and ensure consistent application of policies.
• Liaise with European Headquarters for investigations or approvals.
• Monitor pending claims and coordinate follow-ups.
• Communicate policy decisions and updates to the dealer network.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues to the National Manager and Aftersales team.
• Review warranty extension requests and ensure eligibility.
• Identify training needs and develop materials for warranty procedures.
• Support new personnel in applying warranty procedures and tools.
• Monitor training, certifications and maintain personnel status.
