GAC INTERNATIONAL FRANCE is seeking a Warranty Specialist to manage the daily operation of vehicle and parts warranty across France. You will oversee policy implementation, dealer claim reviews, cost control, returned parts management and data integrity across the French aftersales network.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive/Engineering or related fields, 3+ years in warranty or aftersales, fluent French and working English, and strong Excel and DMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years in automotive warranty claims, aftersales operations, or dealer settlement.
• Experience with NEV/EV OEMs, Importer, National Sales Company, or Dealer Group is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of claim review logic, labor times, parts settlement, and NEV systems.

Responsabilités

• Policy & Process Setup: Maintain France warranty manuals, claim standards, and coverage rules.
• Claim Review & Compliance: Review, approve, adjust, or reject dealer warranty claims in DMS.
• Cost Control & Settlement: Monitor warranty spend, assist with dealer reimbursements, and manage goodwill apps.
• Returned Parts & Quality Control: Oversee sampling and failure-analysis tracking.
• Dealer Audits & Training: Train warranty administrators; perform audits and corrective actions.
• Digitalization & Data: Manage DMS parameters, VIN records, and monthly risk/trend reports.
