• Requires at least 5 years of experience in urban water engineering, with ownership of the engineer role.
• Demonstrated expertise in concrete and masonry pathology, soil mechanics, and strength of materials.
• Engineering degree or Master’s degree with civil specialization.

Responsabilités

• Lead design studies for drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater networks.
• Oversee construction phases (VISA, DET, OPC, AOR) and monitor execution.
• Manage tendering, bid evaluation, and project closeout activities.
