Jobtailor seeks an experienced water engineering leader to drive drinking water, wastewater and stormwater master plans across France. You will conduct diagnostic studies, propose capital works programs, and support tariff analyses while overseeing asset management for networks.

Qualifications

Degree in civil engineering or hydraulic engineering, from recognized schools.
8+ years of experience in water engineering or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in urban hydraulics and public procurement.
Strong team leadership and facilitation skills are required.
Ability to take on additional responsibilities and manage workload efficiently.

Responsabilités

Contribute to a growing portfolio of drinking water, wastewater and stormwater studies.
Lead drinking water and wastewater master plans.
Conduct diagnostic studies and propose capital works programs.
Conduct tariff studies and produce GIS mapping including network plans.
Perform asset management studies for networks and infrastructure and provide owner’s representative support.
Plan the team’s workload and oversee project delivery, deliverable tracking and financial management.
Contribute to tender responses and pre-sales activities and participate in business meetings.
