Jobtailor seeks a civil/water engineer to join our water team in Rouen for field projects under the Agency Director. You will develop master plans for drinking water and wastewater systems, perform diagnostic studies, tariff analyses, and capital works planning, and create GIS maps and asset-management studies.

Responsibilities include providing owner’s engineering support for the urban water cycle and coordinating with the Arras agency to align regional projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil or water engineering is required.
• Experience in urban water engineering and public procurement.
• Ability to resolve technical challenges and lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Participate in field projects under the Agency Director.
• Develop master plans for drinking water and wastewater services.
• Conduct diagnostic studies and tariff analyses.
• Propose capital works programs and GIS mapping.
• Produce network and flood-prone area maps; asset management studies.
• Provide owner's engineering support for urban water cycle.
• Coordinate regionally with Arras agency.
