Jobtailor in Nantes seeks an experienced urban water engineer to lead master plans for drinking water and wastewater networks. You will coordinate diagnostic studies, design capital works programs, and support tariff analyses while guiding teams and managing client workshops.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in water engineering, strong public procurement knowledge, and proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects with financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Degree or engineering qualification in civil or water engineering (including ENGEES, ENSE3, ENSEEIHT, or ENSIP).
• At least 5 years of experience in water engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in urban water engineering and public procurement knowledge.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams and resolve technical challenges.

Responsabilités

• Lead drinking water and wastewater master plans and associated projects.
• Conduct diagnostic studies and develop capital works programs.
• Perform tariff studies and contribute to financial planning.
• Produce GIS mapping, including networks, works plans and flood-zone maps.
• Manage assets and provide owner’s engineering support for the urban water cycle.
• Plan the team’s workload and oversee project deliverables and progress.
• Contribute to tender responses and participate in client meetings and workshops.
• Manage projects from contractual and accounting perspectives.
• Support studies across the Greater West region for drinking water, wastewater and stormwater.
