Job summary

EverAI Limited seeks a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the product and technical delivery of our compliance and safety initiatives across our platforms. You will translate safety requirements into effective product features, moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, and measurable improvements.

Working closely with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support, you will help identify risks earlier and build safeguards into new features while scaling the platform.

Qualifications

• Translate safety policies, legal requirements into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own the product side of improvements to internal moderation technologies, including EverGuard.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships, from evaluation to implementation and ongoing performance management.
• Establish safety dashboards, monitoring, and QA to proactively identify issues and ensure measures work as intended.
• Own red-teaming and adversarial testing of moderation systems and safeguards.
• Run trust and safety reviews for new features with early consideration of misuse and safeguards.
• Coordinate incident response and continuous improvement across product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate safety and legal requirements into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and improve moderation technologies (EverGuard) in collaboration with Engineering/AI.
• Manage third-party safety partnerships from vetting to rollout and performance.
• Create dashboards and QA processes to monitor safety performance.
• Conduct red-teaming and edge-case testing of safeguards and moderation rules.
• Lead T&S reviews for new features and ensure safeguards are built in from design.
• Coordinate incident response and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.
