Qualifications

Experience shipping products in KYC, AML, fraud, or other regulated domains.
Translate dense regulatory logic into clear, buildable workflows.
Partner with operations teams and design for everyday users.
Use AI to build faster and design agentic workflows that automate decisions.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

Own entry-into-relationship checks across countries and business types.
Design AI-driven compliance workflows that automate routine checks end-to-end.
Rethink high-risk customer re-verification to cut friction while maintaining rigor.
Modernize onboarding stack by migrating reviewers to a new workflow platform.
Partner daily with Ops to ship changes shaping a global operations team.
