Mistral is seeking a Product Manager for the Enterprise Controls team to empower enterprises with governance tools for our AI Platform. You will drive compliance with internal policies and external regulations, covering user access management, framework consistency, audit and compliance, and platform administration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in competitive, ambiguous environments.
• Technical acumen to understand trade-offs and partner with engineering teams.
• User-obsessed mindset with data and qualitative insights.
• Cross-functional influence to align and inspire teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication for executives, teams, and users in docs, decks or whiteboard sessions.
• Product-led growth experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set vision for Enterprise Readiness by shaping a strategy aligned with goals and market opportunities.
• Identify gaps through market and UX research to uncover unmet needs and opportunities.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, balancing speed, quality, and user satisfaction.
• Champion the user by partnering with design and research to create intuitive, high-impact experiences.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales, including pricing, positioning, and adoption plans.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, design, and business around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.
• Prioritize ruthlessly to maintain a dynamic roadmap delivering quick wins and long-term initiatives.
