• Understand content moderation and AI guardrails in platform context.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, legal, operations, and support.

Responsibilities

• Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements and engineering work.
• Own improvements to in-house moderation systems and EverGuard-like tech with engineering/AI teams.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from assessment to implementation and ongoing monitoring.
• Establish dashboards and QA processes to detect emerging issues and ensure safety measures work as intended.
• Coordinate testing and remediation of moderation systems through red-teaming and incident follow-through.
• Run trust & safety reviews for new features with cross-functional teams.
