EverAI Limited is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the safety-driven product roadmap across our AI platforms. You will translate complex safety and legal requirements into concrete features, moderation capabilities, and third-party integrations while collaborating with Engineering, AI/ML, Compliance and Support teams.

In this remote role, you’ll shape the safety product function as the company scales, ensuring user protection and enabling compliant, responsible AI experiences for

Competenze

• Data-driven decisions align with legal/ethical standards and KPIs.
• Experience shaping moderation policies and AI guardrails.
• Familiarity with safety/compliance requirements for consumer products.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, operations and support.
• Comfort working with AI tools and new AI workflows.
• Experience leading third-party tools/ integrations for safety.
• Proactive ownership and decision-making in ambiguous contexts.
• Ability to operate in uncensored content domains and ensure safeguards.

Mansioni

• Translate safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own moderation tech product improvements, including EverGuard and ML components.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout and performance management.
• Design dashboards and QA processes to detect emerging issues and prevent harm.
• Lead testing and red-teaming to validate safeguards and model behavior.
• Run trust & safety reviews for new features and ongoing risk assessments.
• Coordinate incident response and continuous improvement efforts with relevant teams.
