Mistral Ai is seeking a Product Manager for the Enterprise Controls team to empower enterprises with governance tools for our AI Platform, covering RBAC, SSO, SCIM, audit, compliance, and platform administration. You will work cross-functionally to meet strict IT requirements and drive platform adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in competitive, ambiguous environments, ideally with generative AI, LLMs, or ML-driven products.
• Technical acumen to understand trade-offs and partner effectively with engineering teams.
• User obsession with solving real problems, supported by data and qualitative insights.
• Cross-functional influence to align and inspire teams without direct authority.
• Problem-solving skills balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, from roadmap to metrics.
• Clear communication with persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and users.

Responsabilités

• Set the vision for Enterprise Readiness by shaping product strategy aligned with goals and market opportunities.
• Identify gaps through market and UX research to uncover unmet needs and trends.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Champion the user by collaborating with design and research to create intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales, including pricing and adoption.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, design, and business around priorities and timelines.
• Prioritize ruthlessly to maintain a dynamic roadmap delivering quick wins and long-term initiatives.
