JD.COM is seeking a Transportation Operations Manager (Standardization & Safety) to lead the development of the transportation standardization system and safety management framework. You will oversee SOPs for trunk to distribution, drive process optimization, and ensure compliant, efficient carrier operations across frontline teams.

You will also manage safety controls, conduct risk hazard checks, and coordinate with safety and scheduling teams to push hazard rectification and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in transportation or logistics.
• 3+ years in a similar Operations Manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English.

Responsabilités

• Build transportation standardization system and safety management system.
• Oversee standardized processes and safety risk prevention.
• Drive compliance and efficiency of carriers and frontline teams.
• Develop and update SOPs for trunk line, feeder, transfer and distribution.
• Lead optimization projects to improve efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate cross-team training and safety awareness.
