• Experience in on-site quality control and service exception handling for logistics sorting.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for service exception control and continuous quality improvement in sorting operations.
• Handle all sorting exceptions and coordinate with upstream and downstream to verify causes and define accountability, follow up on full resolution.
• Set sorting quality standards and operating rules, define targets for error rate, damage rate, exception handling time and complaints.
• Collect quality and exception data, analyze root causes of frequent issues and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver quality training and coaching for frontline staff and support quality performance assessment.
• Collaborate with equipment and IT teams to optimize equipment/system functions and resolve sorting issues.
