Responsabilités

Transportation Process Planning & Optimization: Plan transportation strategies based on business needs, optimizing end-to-end processes including cargo collection, sorting, transit, and delivery.
Carrier & Resource Management: Evaluate and select high-quality carriers, implement performance assessment systems, oversee daily operations, optimize routes and capacity configurations.
Operations Monitoring & Problem Resolution: Monitor real-time metrics, establish risk alerts, analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and improvements.
Customer Service & Collaboration: Align with customer needs, manage end-to-end service cycles, resolve complaints/claims, coordinate teams and partners.
Team Management & Capability Building: Set team goals, delegate tasks, provide training, and develop talent to ensure sustainable growth of transportation operations.
