Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Operational warehouse supervision skills.
• Employment law knowledge (basic).
• Communication and relationship building at all levels (Customer, Management, Operations).
• Ability to lead, direct and motivate across all departments.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead the logistics team; apply HSSE rules and instructions.
• Ensure communication within the team; organize and lead daily briefings.
• Define annual objectives for the team; manage operations and productivity.
• Define and monitor KPI's; monitor and report on non-conformities.
• Report on proper management of products and resources; ensure safety compliance.
• Report malfunctions or anomalies to the Shift Leader and suggest improvements.
