Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Head of Transformation and Digital Performance Management in Marignane, France. You will steer the financial architecture for major transformation and digital journeys, manage a team of 5, and partner with senior leaders to secure savings and value across IM, CPP, ERP, and digitisation projects.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to challenge the status quo and provide strategic clarity in finance.

• Advanced financial analysis and ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in English; French and/or German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the transformation and digital performance management portfolio.
• Oversee IM run costs, budgeting, and rolling forecasts across countries.
• Drive project portfolio finance, governance, and savings delivery.
• Ensure capitalisation and cost recharging aligned with Group guidance.
• Support ERP and DDPS initiatives with strong business cases.
