You will manage a 4-person team, oversee cost controls, planning, and reporting across multiple European sites, and partner with global finance to ensure project profitability.

The role requires a strong finance background, leadership, and excellent stakeholder management. Fluency in English is mandatory; French or German is a plus.

• Own budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting for large programs.
• Coordinate with group finance, CPP, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Secure saving estimates and support project business cases.
