Airbus Helicopters SAS seeks a Head of Finance Transformation and Systems – Planning & Reporting to lead global finance initiatives, standardise reporting, and digitise planning. Based in Marignane with collaboration across Donauworth, you’ll shape the transformation roadmap and drive data-driven decision making.

You will lead a diverse team, foster upskilling, and partner with Controlling to maximise value while advancing ERP, RPA, and AI adoption for improved performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in Finance Transformation and System projects in an international industrial environment.
• End-to-end financial reporting and planning expertise with ERP experience (SAP) and digital technologies.
• Track record in building and coaching diverse, distributed teams and driving upskilling for digital adoption.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance process and systems team in Marignane and Donauworth.
• Define the transformation roadmap, govern projects, and partner with Controlling leadership.
• Drive Finance Data & Analytics strategy and data accessibility for non-finance users.
• Prioritise initiatives, measure business value, and manage change management.
• Oversee ERP reporting workstreams and digital innovations (RPA, AI) to reduce costs.
• Strengthen business partnering and scalable finance run-mode operations.
