Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane, France, is seeking a Transformation & Digital Controlling team leader to drive financial transformation across IM, CPP, and ERP projects. You will lead a team of four and act as finance focal point for cross-functional initiatives at a high-visibility level.

You will need a strong background in finance and controlling, with excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills. English is mandatory; French/German are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance and controlling.
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; French and/or German a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drumbeat IM recurring costs and secure monthly financial reporting.
• Build planning (OP & Budget) with Rolling Forecasts and 3-year forecasts.
• Lead cost rebalancing and intercompany allocations across sites.
• Coordinate with group finance and participate in improvement initiatives to drive savings.
• Oversee project accounting and ensure traceability of benefits.
