Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane, France, seeks a Head of Finance Transformation and Systems for Planning and Reporting to lead global finance standardization, optimization, and digitization of reporting and planning processes.

You will guide a distributed team, drive ERP and analytics initiatives, and partner with Controlling to deliver measurable business value while embedding digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in finance transformation and systems within large, international industrial environments.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end financial reporting and planning processes, with SAP and digital technologies (Data & Analytics, RPA, AI).
• Experience building, leading, and coaching distributed teams (e.g., Marignane and Donauworth).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance process and system team based in Marignane and Donauworth.
• Define and implement the team charter, governance, and collaboration with the broader Finance transformation organization.
• Attract, retain, and develop top talent to foster an agile, future-ready finance workforce.
• Design and execute a forward-looking transformation roadmap with Controlling leadership.
• Formulate a Finance Data & Analytics strategy with data accessibility for non-finance teams.
• Drive key projects (ERP reporting workstreams) and continuous improvement with internal customers.
• Promote adoption of digital innovations (RPA, AI) within Controlling.
• Optimize run-mode and cost-effective business support processes.
• Champion change management and upskill the organization for digital adoption.
