You will partner with global stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making, and guide organizational change including team restructuring and upskilling for new digital solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance process and system team based in Marignane and Donauworth.
• Define and implement the team's charter, governance, and collaborative frameworks with the broader Finance transformation organization.
• Attract, retain, and develop top talent to foster a skilled, agile finance workforce.
• Partner with Controlling leadership to design a forward-looking transformation roadmap and maximize synergies across the Airbus Group.
• Formulate and execute a Finance Data & Analytics strategy, including data accessibility for non-finance.
