Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane seeks a Head of Finance Transformation and Systems - Planning & Reporting to lead finance transformation initiatives across Controlling. You will drive standardized and digitized reporting and planning, partnering with global stakeholders and guiding organizational change to adopt new digital solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP expertise (SAP), and experience building high-performing international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in Finance Transformation and Systems within a large, international industrial setting.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end financial reporting and planning processes.
• Strong experience with ERP ecosystems (e.g., SAP) and digital technologies (Data Analytics, RPA, AI).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance process and system experts in Marignane and Donauworth.
• Define governance, charter, and collaboration with the broader Transformation organization.
• Attract, retain, and develop talent; drive organizational change and upskilling.
