NonStop Consulting in France is seeking a Trainee Recruiter to join our on-site teams in Bordeaux or Rouen. This entry-level role supports senior consultants across the full recruitment cycle while you build your own candidate pipeline, with a commission-based earning structure and structured training.

You will learn the end-to-end process, gain exposure to BD activities, and have clear progression prospects as you develop sourcing and interviewing skills.

Qualifications

• No prior recruitment experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with targets and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support senior consultants across the full recruitment cycle.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for multiple roles.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate updates.
