Bcrecruitment, an international recruitment consultancy, is expanding its Bordeaux/Rouen team and hiring for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. This entry-level, 360 recruitment role has a strong sales and business-development element, and you will learn the full recruitment cycle while building your own candidate pipeline.

Location: Bordeaux or Rouen, on-site. Start with an Experience Day in Rouen and begin ~5–6 weeks later. Salary: €31,055 gross per year plus uncapped commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (C1+) and good English (B2+).
• Recent graduate with no recruitment experience, or early-career up to ~35.
• Strong communicator with persuasion, negotiation and customer-oriented skills.
• Commercial, sales-driven personality with appetite for business development.
• Eligible to live and work in France.

• Support senior consultants across the full recruitment cycle.
• Attract, engage and convert both candidates and clients.
• Start building your own candidate pipeline.
• Grow through full training, tools and a clear progression path.
