Job summary

Bcrecruitment, an international recruitment consultancy, is expanding its Bordeaux/Rouen team and hiring for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. This entry-level, 360 recruitment role has a strong sales and business-development element, and you will learn the full recruitment cycle while building your own candidate pipeline.

Location: Bordeaux or Rouen, on-site. Start with an Experience Day in Rouen and begin ~5–6 weeks later. Salary: €31,055 gross per year plus uncapped commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (C1+) and good English (B2+).
• Recent graduate with no recruitment experience, or early-career up to ~35.
• Strong communicator with persuasion, negotiation and customer-oriented skills.
• Commercial, sales-driven personality with appetite for business development.
• Eligible to live and work in France.

An international recruitment consultancy is growing its team in Bordeaux / Rouen, France and is hiring for the role of Graduate Recruitment Consultant. This is an entry-level, proper 360 recruitment role — not an HR role — with a strong sales and business-development element. You learn the full recruitment cycle while building your own candidate pipeline.

What you will do

What we are looking for

• Native or fluent French (C1+) and good English (B2+), spoken and written
• Recent graduate with no recruitment experience, or an early-career professional (up to about 35) who is still finding their path and is trainable — great backgrounds include hospitality or help-desk work
• Strong communicator with persuasion, negotiation and customer-oriented skills
• A commercial, sales-driven personality with an appetite for business development — someone who can attract, engage and convert both clients and candidates
• Eligible to live and work in France
• A short introduction video (max. 45 seconds, in English) is part of the application

What we offer

• Salary: €31,055 gross per year
• Uncapped commission and bonuses
• Public-transport pass: 50% reimbursed by the employer
• Meal-voucher card: €9 per working day, split 50/50 between employer and employee
• RTT days: 39-hour working week with 6 days of RTT per year and overtime pay for hours above the statutory 35
