CloserHire is seeking a French-speaking Trainee Recruiter for our client, on-site in Bordeaux or Rouen, France. The role is entry-level and focuses on learning the full recruitment cycle by supporting senior consultants while starting to build your own candidate pipeline.

We offer full training, tools, and clear progression. Requirements include native/fluent French and fluent English (minimum B2). Start is scheduled for the end of September; salary is 31,055€ gross per year.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent French oral & written and fluent English (minimum B2)
• Recent graduate or early-career entrants up to 35, trainable for recruitment

Responsabilités

• Support senior consultants and learn full recruitment cycle.
• Help build candidate pipeline and manage interview prep tasks.
• Participate in interviews and follow-up with clients and candidates.
