CloserHire is seeking a Trainee Recruiter in Bordeaux or Rouen, on-site, an entry-level role where you learn the full recruitment cycle by supporting senior consultants and starting to build your own candidate pipeline.

Daily duties include candidate screening, initial outreach, and coordinating interviews. The role includes full training, tools, and a clear progression path, with commission-based earning structure and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent French oral & written and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Recent graduate or up to 35 and trainable for entry-level recruitment.
• Solid commercial awareness and a leaning towards sales and business development.
• Strong communicator with persuasion, negotiation and customer orientation.

Responsabilités

• Trainee Recruiter learns the full recruitment cycle by supporting senior consultants.
• Builds their own candidate pipeline while handling introductory candidate interactions.
• Participates in interviews coordination and client communication.

What you need to bring

• Eligible to live and work in Czechia
• Person must posses a solid commercial awarness and personality that leans towards sales and Business development (meaning, someone who can attract, engage and convert both potential clients and candidates)
• Strong communicator with persuasion, negotiation & customer-oriented skills
• Recent graduate (no prior recruitment experience) or people up to 35 (approx) who are not established in their career path and who are trainable (example: great fit can be 35 year old person with a proper attitude and amazing communication skills coming from hospitality or a help desk, as these are entry level jobs
• Native/fluent French oral & written and fluent English (minimum B2)
